S.H.I.P.

FSBIT 's newest program, the School Health Insurance Program of Florida (SHIP), was established in 2009. This highly anticipated program will purchase and procure health insurance coverage or provide self-insurance and risk management programs coverages as authorized by Florida Law. Program Administration is the responsibility of the Trust's Risk Management Department. The Director of Risk Management is available to present the School Health Program for a school district and to assist participating school districts in their health and risk management program operation.
